**Learning @ Logic** Gum disease

15/11/2017

Ever wonder why your gums feel sore and bleed when brushing/flossing your teeth? Why your gums are receding? Or feel like your tooth is wobbly?

Chances are you have one of two types of gum disease, namely gingivitis or periodontitis. Gingivitis is the inflammation of the gums, whereas periodontitis is the more severe form of gum disease characterized by loss of bone structure surrounding the tooth AS WELL AS gum inflammation. Gum disease can be prevented and maintained by excellent oral hygiene and having your teeth professionally cleaned every 6 months.

For more information please refer to here.

Or book an appointment to have your gums assessed and cleaned
